1. Download and install Zoiper from here: https://www.zoiper.com/en/voip-softphone/download/zoiper3/for/windows
2. Run Zoiper and proceed to Settings > Preferences
3. From the Account tab, proceed to Create account
4. Select SIP and proceed to Next
5. For 1 enter your provided extension number, 2 enter your provided extension number’s password, 3 enter provided hostname/IP address, then proceed to Next
6. Account name will be auto populated with <extension number>@<hostname/IP>, you may keep this value or change to desired value for easier identification of active SIP account, proceed to Next
7. ZOIPer will attempt to connect, wait for ZOIPer to prompt a successful or failure to register
8. Upon successful registration, proceed to Close. If registration fails, double check provided credentials - if multiple registration attempts fail contact support for assistance
9. To add an additional SIP account, repeat from Step 2 and proceed to Create account
10. IMPORTANT: To switch between SIP accounts, select from dropdown list on ZOIPer main window
