You can download an automatic configuration file from cPanel 's Email settings page or you can do it manually with the following mail settings...

POP3 (Incoming) Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 110 (Without SSL)

SMTP (Outgoing) Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 25 (Without SSL)

Username: youremail@yourdomain.com
Password: use the password you set in cPanel > Email Accounts
